• This is conceptualized to unite racing pigeon clubs here in the Philippines as well as clubs throughout Asia.

• To professionalize the racing pigeon sport.

• To eradicate avian diseases, Columbia.

• To be recognized as an organization responsible for racing pigeon sport.

• In 2020, this will be an international event that every racing pigeon enthusiasts, fanciers, breeders will look forward to.
